Key Principles

Minimal data collection - only what is needed for your account and reflection history.

Transparency - we clearly explain how and why your data is used.

Safety first - emotional reflections are handled with heightened sensitivity.

How We Use Your Data

Innuora processes your inputs in real time through GPT models. Responses are generated without retaining conversation history unless you explicitly save reflections.

We use hosting, storage, and analytics providers solely to run the service. These providers act only as processors and cannot use your data for their own purposes.

Your Rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data at any time by contacting us at support@innuora.com.

If you are located in the EU/EEA or UK, you have GDPR rights. California residents have rights under CCPA.

Children

Innuora is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
